Terms of Sales
The general conditions of sale detailed below describe the rights and obligations of the company Templar Security.

ARTICLE.1 PURPOSE OF THE GENERAL CONDITIONS OF SALE
The general conditions of sale described below detail the rights and obligations of the company Templar Security in the context of the sale of the following services: Any service provided by the company Templar Security therefore implies the unreserved acceptance of the Terms of Sales.

ARTICLE 2. PRICE
The prices of the services sold are those in effect on the day the order is taken. They are denominated in euros and calculated excluding taxes. As a result, they will be increased by the current VAT rate (20%).
Templar Security grants itself the right to modify its prices at any time. However, it undertakes to invoice the services ordered at the prices indicated when the order is registered, in particular when validating the quote.
All signed quotes are due. The service can only be canceled 1 month before the first service ordered.

ARTICLE 3. DISCOUNT
No discount will be granted in the event of early payment.

ARTICLE 4. PAYMENT TERMS

ARTICLE 5. LATE PAYMENTS
In the event of total or partial non-payment of services provided, the customer must pay Templar Security a late payment penalty equal to three times the legal interest rate. The legal interest rate used is that in force on the day the invoice is sent. This penalty is calculated on the amount including tax of the amount remaining due, and runs from the due date of the price without any prior notice being necessary. In addition to late payment compensation, any sum, including the deposit, not paid on its due date will automatically result in the payment of a lump sum compensation of 40 euros due for recovery costs. Articles 441-6, I paragraph 12 and D. 441-5 of the Commercial Code. These general conditions of sale are regularly updated.

ARTICLE 6. TERMINATION CLAUSE
If within fifteen days following the implementation of the “Late payment” clause the customer has not paid the remaining sums due, the service will be canceled automatically and may give rise to entitlement to compensation for damages and interests for the benefit of the company Templar Security.

ARTICLE 7. SUPERIOR FORCE
The liability of the company Templar Security cannot be implemented if the non-execution or delay in the execution of one of its obligations described in these general conditions of sale results from a case of superior force. As such, superior force means any external, unpredictable and irresistible event within the meaning of article 1148 of the Civil Code.

ARTICLE 8. RESPONSIBILITIES AND INSURANCES
The company Templar Security declares that it has taken out adequate insurance policies and for sufficient amounts with one or more reputably trustful insurance companies, covering all risks that may arise to people or property during the operation within the premises of the client's establishment.

ARTICLE 9. INDEPENDENCES OF THE CLAUSES
If one of the stipulations of these general conditions of sale proves unnecessary, void or irrelevant, the other arrangements will remain unchanged and will continue to apply.

ARTICLE 10. APPLICABLE RIGHTS
Any dispute relating to the interpretation and execution of these general conditions of sale is subject to French law. Failing an amicable resolution, the dispute will be brought before the Commercial Court of Grasse, 37 Av. Pierre Sémard, 06130 Grasse
